Do Games Consoles Make Good Gifts?

Let's face it, not a year goes by without one of Tmnet Speedometer big 3 companies launching a new computer games console.

The decision broadband deal many of us face, is which one to buy..... Don't get me wrong, the fanatics buy them all as they come along, queuing up at all hours for a glimpse of the very latest in technical wizardry.

For the more down to earth of us, money isn't finite, so we're looking for value for money and longevity of the support that goes along with a purchase of a gaming console. I remember buying an original Sony Playstation, at a time when the games were no longer being supported, or for that matter, developed any more....

One of the latest offerings, which I truly believe to be well supported, is the Nintendo Wii.

The television adverts are still pushing the product, the peripherals are excellent, and unlike the more mainstream offerings, this is a truly malaysia guide affair. Even fitness is supported with the new Wii Board.

In my opinion, and having even worked in the games industry, the Nintendo Wii makes the ideal gift for that special family member. I have no doubt that there'll be laughs-a-plenty, and you won't always be worrying about how future proof it is. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Sony's or Microsofts offerings.

No doubt, the latest release is just around the corner, please choose carefully. Don't waste your money on what can easily be described as "a dead duck". My advice is to get the Wii.
